Roger is a graduate of Northeastern University and was recruited into the insurance industry by a friend in November of 1987 when he became an agent with Prudential Financial Services in their Boston Office. He was an agent for two and a half years in which he was awarded numerous client based awards.

In 1990, he was promoted to a Sales Manager in the Boston Office and built a successful sales team helping to protect families and small businesses. His success as a sales manager gave Roger the opportunity to become a Senior Consultant for the West Coast Territory of Prudential.

In 1996 he became the Managing Director of the Portland Oregon Office before transferring back to Massachusetts to take over as the Managing Director in the Boston Office where he originally started as an agent.

He joined LifePlus Insurance Agency, Inc. after Prudential’s reorganization and has brought his years of industry experience to the agency.
