Jim started in the insurance business in 1997 with New York Life in Boston.  In 2000, Jim achieved Executive Title and Centurion Status with New York Life.  As a Massachusetts Licensed Insurance Advisor, Jim is consistently recognized as a top communicator of employee benefits and has achieved production level goals for 10 consecutive years.

Jim met Peter Cook Jr. in 2002 and transferred to Cook & Company as an individual producer and Pension maximization specialist.  Jim was hired as Peter’s first producer upon the opening of LifePlus Insurance Agency. Since the conception of LifePlus, Jim went on to become the Enrollment Manager.  As enrollment manager, Jim is responsible for all group enrollments, scheduling with Department Heads, overseeing all enrollers and providing detailed reports to our clients.  He manages the continuous flow of employee changes and requests.  Jim also provides technical expertise with complex issues of life and disability insurance.
