Our facility has been designed from the ground up to provide innovative information technology with room for future expansion. The computer system and software packages used in our system allow us to provide high-speed data processing and information retrieval.
Our “Goldmine” contact database management program, allows us to document all calls and e-mails that are processed through our office. The system contains a “tickler file” that provides constant updates on issues or documents that require a follow-up action.
Our Dell® and Microsoft® technologies provide a powerful “backend” to the “Goldmine” software. Our emphasis, however, is placed on scalability and reliability. We have positioned our IT department to meet the dynamic needs of our clients – well into the future. Our server technologies include RAID fault tolerance, system redundancies, rapid data recovery & secure off-site backup(s), as well as disaster recovery planning.

LifePlus is staffed by a group of dedicated professionals, who have a wide range of experience in the benefits field. Our employees understand the importance of quality customer service and the benefits that it brings to our customers and our company.
The LifePlus Insurance Agency will set the benchmark in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, and quality consumer products. We are dedicated to our clients and will work tirelessly to ensure they receive our utmost attention and support.
LifePlus Insurance Agency, Inc. believes in the need of a client to offer valuable benefits to its employees. We also respect the great costs that are absorbed by the employer in order to hire, retain and retire the best possible candidate for the job. Therefore, while designing and implementing the benefits, we are sure to educate each employee on the valuable “hidden paycheck” that they receive.
LifePlus Insurance Agency, Inc. knows the importance of proper benefit communication. Our salaried enrollers focus on educating employees on the benefits offered to them instead of pushing product. This employee-centric approach is seen in our industry-recognized, high persistency; 80% of our policies remain in-force after 37 months.
LifePlus Insurance Agency, Inc. provides customized employee enrollment forms with each employee’s own benefit statement, beneficiary designation, and costs, thus further enhancing the care that the employer has taken for the benefit of each employee.
LIFEPLUS INSURANCE AGENCY, INC., in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, will review all products for consideration and make recommendations as to the kind and level of benefits and employer’s participation. Voluntary products may be recommended on an employee-paid basis to supplement employer-paid programs with an eye towards reducing employer liability and stabilizing the rates.
LIFEPLUS INSURANCE AGENCY, INC., upon approval of a plan design, will negotiate for competitive bids from the marketplace, based upon the entities’ requirements. LifePlus Insurance Agency, Inc. accepts full responsibility for informing our insureds of any change in the financial standing of our insurers.
LIFEPLUS INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. will take over the existing plan with the new carrier or if necessary re-enroll the group by meeting with each employee to discuss the benefits they will be receiving and reinforce the “hidden paycheck” they are receiving from their employer. Based upon the needs of the account each employee may receive a benefit booklet or certificate, fully outlining their policy benefits and definitions.
LIFEPLUS INSURANCE AGENCY, INC. will negotiate two to three year contracts as guarantees to protect the account against poor claims experience and change of market conditions. However, due to these ever-changing market conditions, we will re-quote the benefits yearly in order to ensure competitive pricing. We also attend Benefit Fairs on location to meet with each employee on a one on one basis to discuss increasing or decreasing coverage. Each year we also host an “open enrollment” period for each account to allow any employee to make changes to their plan.
